N. Armstrong
Melissa Armstrong is an associate with Solomon, Grindle, Silverman
& Spinella, a Professional Corporation. Ms. Armstrong graduated from
Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. Ms. Armstrong
earned her degree of Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College
of Law. While at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, she was certified
by the Florida Supreme Court to represent indigent clients at the Virgil Hawkins
Civil Clinic. Ms. Armstrong was also a member of the Moot Court Team. Ms.
Armstrong's representative clients include local and national banking institutions,
mortgage lenders, real estate investment companies, commercial equipment leasing
companies, and locally owned businesses. Ms. Armstrong specializes in commercial/business
litigation. Her practice area also focuses on creditor's rights and the representation
of financial institutions in large commercial actions and loan workouts, in addition
to smaller consumer actions, including collections, asset recovery and bankruptcy.
In her representation of banking institutions, mortgage lenders and real estate
investment companies, Ms. Armstrong's practice also focuses on real property issues.
