Thomas L. GrindleThomas L. Grindle is a shareholder with Solomon, Grindle, Silverman & Spinella, a Professional Corporation. Mr. Grindle graduated with honors from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Mr. Grindle earned both a Masters in Business Administration and a degree of Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego, where he received the Wilson Foundation Scholarship and was a member of the San Diego Law Review. Mr. Grindle specializes in real property matters. His practice includes litigation, documentation and transactional work, representing and defending clients in financial, construction, leasing, title insurance, and other real property commercial transactions. He also has extensive experience in the representation of creditors in state court litigation, including foreclosure/receiver actions and the defense of lender liability claims. Mr. Grindle has handled in excess of $100 million in real property matters over the last several years. Mr. Grindle is a licensed real estate broker and, while in college and law school, worked as a real estate broker. Mr. Grindle is a frequent lecturer in the real estate industry and is a faculty member of the National Business Institute, as well as the Lorman Business Center. In addition to being a member of the California State Bar, Mr. Grindle is also licensed to practice in the Federal District Courts throughout California, as well as the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Grindle has been awarded an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating possible for a lawyer. Mr. Grindle is active in many professional organizations and is a member of the San Diego County and American Bar Associations. Mr. Grindle is a former professional beach volleyball player. He resides with his wife and children in Del Mar, California. |
