Pamela J. LaBruyere

Pam LaBruyere is an associate with Solomon, Grindle, Silverman & Spinella, a Professional Corporation.

Ms. LaBruyere graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, focusing on Finance. Ms. LaBruyere earned her law degree from The Washington University School of Law where she was selected as a National Member of the Order of the Barristers.

After graduating from law school, Ms. LaBruyere practiced with an international law firm focusing her practice on transactional real estate and bankruptcy law, representing both debtors and creditors. After moving to California in 1991, she practiced bankruptcy law and business litigation.

Ms. LaBruyere currently focuses her practice on real estate litigation, including the fiduciary obligations of brokers and agents and their roles in disclosure and contract disputes in real property transactions. She also continues to represent creditors in bankruptcy court and handles all aspects of business, commercial and real property litigation in state and federal courts.

In addition to California, she is a member of the state bars of Illinois, Missouri, and Arizona.

Ms. LaBruyere resides in Carlsbad, California.
