Ms. Nolan graduated from the University of Redlands in Redlands , California with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics.  Ms. Nolan earned her J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.   Ms. Nolan is licensed to practice law in all state courts in the State of California and within the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California .  Ms. Nolan is a member of the California State Bar and San Diego County Bar Association. 

Ms. Nolan specializes in various areas of real estate litigation including, but not limited to, breach of contract, fraud and misrepresentation, commission disputes, construction and soils related cases.  She also handles matters concerning creditor's rights and representation of financial institutions including all aspects of bankruptcy, commercial/consumer, leasing and real property litigation in state, federal and bankruptcy courts.  Ms. Nolan has also been a speaker at various seminars in her fields of expertise.

She resides with her husband and two daughters in Escondido , California .
